NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

NOTICE IS GIVEN that the Annual General Meeting of members of the ALS Society of Newfoundland and Labrador will be held at the Marblewood Village Resort, 8 Thistle Drive, Steady Brook, NL on Wednesday, May 15^th, 2019, at the hour of 6:00PM NL. Meeting agenda to include:

Receive Financial Statements of the Society and the Auditor’s Report for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2018;
Election of Officers;
Receive report on the affairs of the Society;
Appoint Auditors for 2019-2020;
Transact any other business that may arise prior to meeting.
