NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

NOTICE IS GIVEN that the Annual General Meeting of members of the ALS Society of Newfoundland and Labrador will be held at the Marblewood Village Resort, Thistle Drive, Steady Brook, NL on Saturday, May 12^th, 2018, at the hour of 12:00 noon to:

Receive the Financial Statements of the Society and the Auditor’s Report for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2017;
Elect the Officers;
Receive the report on the affairs of the Society;
Appoint Auditors for 2018-2019;
Transact other business that may come before the meeting.
